Filling in the application form
When filling in the application form, it is very important that you give us as much information as possible about your circumstances and that you have the necessary evidence in case it is required to support your application.
All the information you give will be kept in strict confidence and will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent.
We realise that the application form asks for a lot of information, but we do need it all to enable us to reach a fair decision. If you think you may have difficulty filling in the form, please let us know, and we will arrange for some help
Please do not forget to sign the declaration at the end. If you do not sign it we cannot assess your application.

Please check that you have put the correct postage on the envelope. Incorrect postage will result in delays in our receiving and dealing with your application.
How we will deal with your application
We may write to you, or telephone, or arrange to visit at your convenience, as part of our assessment process.
If we are able to help you with a grant, we will write to tell you, and to arrange how we will pay the award.
If we are unable to help you with any kind of payment, we will write to tell you. Please note that the Tottenham Tribute Trust cannot disclose the particular reasons why a grant is not awarded.
It may take several weeks to process your application. If you are concerned at any apparent delay please write to the address given above to find out which stage of the assessment process your application is in.
Applying to the Tottenham Tribute Trust again
If you receive a grant award from the Tottenham Tribute Trust, you cannot apply again for 2 years.
If you do not receive a grant award from the Tottenham Tribute Trust, you can apply again after 6 months.
Please note that the decision of the trustees on your application is final.
Grant Funding Limits & Procedures
- Medical consultations: The Tottenham Tribute Trust will meet the full cost of a consultation plus a blood test or x-ray but will only fund further treatment (e.g. MRI scan) following further approval.
- Medical treatment: The Tottenham Tribute Trust will fund a maximum of £12,000 of medical treatment per beneficiary per year.
- Long-term care: The Tottenham Tribute Trust will fund two care bursaries with a value of £5,000 per year.
- Financial hardship: The Tottenham Tribute Trust will make a contribution of up to £2,000 per beneficiary per year.
- Funerals: The Tottenham Tribute Trust will pay no more than £500 towards the cost of a player’s/employee’s funeral.
If you receive a grant award from the Tottenham Tribute Trust, you cannot apply again for 2 years.
If you do not receive a grant award from the Tottenham Tribute Trust, you can apply again after 6 months.
